At Ebenezer we believe that the gospel needs to be demonstrated in action, not just words. As well as working in our own community here in South Wales, we have been supporting Everyones Child Romania (ECR) for well over decade.

Everyone's Child Romania...

ECR works with some of the poorest families in Romania. They have all been affected by HIV Aids, through contaminated blood transfusions. These families rely on ECR for support. The vision is led by Paul, originally from Blackwood. ECR demonstrates the gospel of Christ - each one is precious, each one is loved, and with God there is always hope.

Thanks to the help of Paul and the team, families have an improving quality of life, increased opportunities, including the chance of employment. Some of the children have become young adults. Some of the young adults are now becoming parents themselves - to children born free of HIV Aids...

Many of the projects focus on health, employment, future plans and provisions. Others are to improve the quality of "now". In Ebenezer we give in a variety of ways, helping to provide financial support for the various projects. Money helps ECR to buy wood and basic food supplies to help families through the winter months.

ECR has two Charity Shops - one next to the Post Office in Fleur-de-Lys and the other in Cefn Fforest (The "Old Video Shop")
